Ellsworth Airmen teamed up with community volunteers to complete a project at the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Outdoor Campus West in Rapid City, S.D., during the United Way of the Black Hills Day of Caring Sept. 6, 2012. During the Day of Caring, Airmen and other volunteers actively gave back to their community through various projects around the area, including washing windows, cleaning gutters, mowing lawns, putting up chain-link fences and painting homes.
