Drunk Driving Awareness
36 people in the United States die every day and approximately 700 more are injured in motor vehicle crashes that involve an alcohol-impaired driver. Nearly 75 percent of fatal crashes occur from midnight to 3 a.m. and involve alcohol. Airmen should have a plan as to who will be their designated driver before going out and taking that first drink.
