Joint Trauma Medical Training
A very life-like patient simulator that mimicked a human responding to pain following an accident was used by Airmen from the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron and 28th Medical Group during a crash response exercise at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., May 23, 2012. Human patient simulators are fully integrated with computer software that can provide realistic human responses such as the ability to talk, simulate pain, respirate, have a pulse, and bleed.
