ELLSWORTH AFB, S.D. – Staff Sgt. Tiffany Davis, 28th Operations Support Squadron airfield management NCO in-charge of training, checks the flightline as part of a daily inspection, Oct. 19. Sergeant Davis looks for anything which might disturb operations on the flightline, and coordinates with appropriate agencies to fix any issues she finds. The Airfield Management Office plays a vital role in maintaining safety on the airfield by handling the removal or dispersal of birds or wildlife, managing and inspecting the airfield.
