ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Airman 1st Class Tiffany Lamb, 28th Force Support Squadron cook, scoops the seeds out of an apricot during the "Ellsworth Iron Chef" competition, March 17. Airman Lamb used apricots in a cake, which also contained fish and a blackberry glaze. The competition had an Irish twist as part of Saint Patrick's Day, and each dish had to contain either milkfish or corned beef, including the dessert.
