Staff Sgt. Kyle Mitchell drains stagnant water out of a water main before reattaching it to a valve March 24 at Balad Air Base, Iraq. The 332nd Civil Engineer Squadron plumbers have taken on a pipe infrastructure replacement project involving the removal of old pipes and replacing them with new, thicker gauge pipes that will bring the Air Force housing area to the next echelon of stability.
