Scott Vander Hamm, 28th Bomb Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Stephen Cron, 28th Communications Squadron, prepare to tack on Sergeant Trimble's new stripes. Sergeant Trimble greatly exceeded the standards as a staff sergeant, earning the immediate promotion, which is given out to only a few Airman nominated for the STEP program throughout the wing.
