A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the new Dakota Air Traffic Control Facility here Aug. 20. This facility combines control of airspace from Ellsworth to Minot Air Force Base, N.D., increasing capabilities and efficiencies. The ribbob was cut by (from left to right) Col.
