Joe Collins, 28th Security Forces Squadron combat arms section chief, with a new laptop at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Feb. 3, 2014. Collins was one of 25 people awarded a 2013 Air Force Club Membership Scholarship which, along with the laptop, included an inkjet printer and $1,000.
