While holiday plans vary, the one thing that remains the same is the importance of including safety in all preparations and events. To do this, Airmen who plan on traveling during the holidays should pack and maintain an emergency kit in their vehicles. In addition, Airmen who plan on entertaining guests should maintain the cleanliness of their kitchen and remove any loose items near stove tops to prevent a house fire.
