Wheel weights sit in a bin to be used to correct tire wobbling at the Auto Hobby Center at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Jan. 19, 2016. Tires are put onto a tire balancing machine, then spun around several times to identify where a bend in a rim is. Once found, a specified tire weight is hammered onto the rim and stays connected through a clip.
