Contractors construct urban terrain training facility for EAFB personnel

An independent contractor pulls on a rope to place a conex building during the construction of the Military Operations Urban Terrain training area at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., March 21, 2016. The area will be used by the 28th Security Forces Squadron for bi-weekly training to reinforce team movement and cohesiveness among the security flights. The first week of training includes classes to review tactics as well as react to different situations such as flares, incoming in-direct and incoming direct fire, with hands-on training the following week.
