Sailors enable Airmen to build mines

A Sailor assigned to the Navy Munitions Command Atlantic Unit Charleston, S.C., attaches a pinging mechanism to a case to be attached to an inert MK 62 mine at Ellsworth Air Force Base , S.D., July 20, 2016.
