28th SFS recognizes National Crime Prevention Month

Tech. Sgt. Nathan Patterson, the non-commissioned officer of police services assigned to the 28th Security Forces Squadron, watches as a child demonstrates the proper way to strike an aggressor during a Red Suit demonstration during National Crime Prevention Month at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Oct. 12, 2016. In addition to the demonstration, the 28th SFS also put together a "superhero day", where volunteers walked around the base neighborhoods dressed as comic book characters and handed out candy to children.
