Spooky, scary, safe: Tips for safe Halloween fun

According to the National Safety Council, the month of October ranks second in the United States in motor vehicle deaths by month. To prevent any accidents from happening Halloween night, motorists should be aware of children walking on roadways, medians and curbs, enter and exit driveways and alleys carefully and be aware of children in dark clothing during twilight and in the evening.
