28th MDG continues excellence with CAP inspection

Airman 1st Class Kristen Lowder, a medical laboratory technician assigned to the 28th Medical Support Squadron, sorts various blood samples for different tests at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Nov. 7, 2016. The samples are separated into basic chemistry, which involves level checks such as glucose, enzymes and red blood cell count, while other samples require more in-depth tests, which are then sent out to varying clinics for further testing.
