Honor them: Ellsworth hosts POW/MIA 24 hour run

Explosive ordinance technicians from the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron carry the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action flag during the second annual POW/MIA 24-hour run at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Dec. 6 to 7, 2016. The run, which started and ended in the Pride Hangar, honored 12 individuals from all of the world’s major conflicts over the last 75 years, including World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf War, and one officer who was detained in Iran.
