Staff Sgt. Armando Largaespada, an avionics logistics manager assigned to the 28th Maintenance Squadron, works on the new Advanced Radar Electronic Warfare Test Station (ARTS) at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Dec. 9, 2016.
