Ellsworth Airmen participate in Green Flag 18-1

A Boeing 737 takes off from Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., transporting Airmen to Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., to participate in Green Flag exercise 18-1 Oct. 16, 2017. Aircrew from the 34th and 37th Bomb Squadrons and maintainers from the 34th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, are participating in the joint exercise to hone their skills in realistic training scenarios aimed at providing close-air support to U.S Army units on the ground.
