Brig. Gen. Eric Froehlich and Col. Eric Hresko read a plaque memorializing Staff Sgt. Bryan D. Berky following a range dedication in his honor at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Aug. 17, 2018. Berky, an explosive ordnance disposal technician deployed from Ellsworth AFB, was killed in action on Sept. 12, 2009, while serving in the western province of Farah, Afghanistan.
