The Balfour Beatty Communities leasing office at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., March 30, 2020, provides privatized housing for personnel residing on the installation. Local moves of those wishing to live on the installation or move to a residence in the local area are currently authorized, however, permanent moves to other installations are on hold due to COVID-19.
