Airman 1st Class Hannah Smith, a 28th Communications Squadron knowledge management apprentice, fixes the Bomber Blast format at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Sept. 23, 2020. The 28th CS accomplished roughly 2,800 tickets between March and September, and outfitted approximately 230 computers with Virtual Private Network capabilities to allow members to telework due to COVID-19 and physical distancing restrictions in the workplace.
