The 28th Civil Engineer Squadron presented an explosives demonstration for Maj. Gen. Mark Weatherington, 8th Air Force and Joint-Global Strike Operations Center commander, during a visit to Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., May 4, 2021. The demo took place at the 28th CES Explosive Ordnance Disposal range, which is dedicated to Staff. Sgt. Bryan D.
