Jo Anne Mulholland started her new role as School Liaison Program Manager for Ellsworth AFB in Dec. 2023. As SLPM, Mulholland will offer a variety of services and resources to support students, parents, installation leadership, schools, and the surrounding community at Ellsworth AFB.
