  • 28th FSS hosts triathlon

    The 28th Force Support Squadron hosted the tri-to-b1 triathlon to all who have base access. The triathlon consisted of three parts, which included a 500-meter swim, a five-kilometer run and a 10-kilometer bicycle ride. Participants could either compete individually or in teams. Participants were broken up into age groups to make the race as fair as possible. Winners were given a ribbon and second place was awarded a certificate.
  • CATM inspects Ellsworth’s weapons

    The 28th Security Forces Squadron combat arms training and maintenance flight, conducted their biannual inspection of firearms on Ellsworth Air Force Base. They checked weapons for any defects and conducted routine weapon maintenance. CATM Airmen conducted the inspection of all base weapons to ensure they are ready for use in a deployed environment and for training purposes.
