    The Liberty Gate will be closed from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 25, for a ribbon cutting ceremony. The 28th Security Forces Squadron Visitor Control Center will be open; however, motorists should use the Patriot Gate or Bismarck Gate during this time.
